Impressive Balloon Princess

Learn to make a base design to create just about any princess from balloons. In these instructions you'll learn how to make a child-sized princess that is about 4 feet tall and also a smaller version that's about 2 feet tall.  The smaller version is great for a special birthday balloon, or even birthday parties for the ambitious balloon twister. You'll learn two head styles, and several different ideas for creating fabulous balloon hair. You'll get a 38 minute long .mp4 file chock full of instructions!

(2) 646s for dress (660s are fine as well, but you'll need to modify the proportions)
