Jami Stavlo is the owner of Evergreen Balloons, which provides fabulous balloons all over Western Washington. She first twisted a balloon in 2007. She was planning on going to law school, but instead went full-time as a balloon artist in 2011. She traveled via bicycle to 20 states spreading her love of balloons.
